DELIVERY

Your order will be delivered using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery which will require a signature.
Our standard delivery charge is £6.95 for one bag.
We aim to despatch orders on the same day, or at most, within two working days.
For orders of more than one bag we will advise you as soon as possible of the carriage costs which will be recalculated taking account of the size and weight of the package.
Title of the goods shall pass to you when payment is received by us. Risk in any product ordered will pass to you upon dispatch of your order.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with the item purchased from BELLA BOCCELLA you can exchange or return the product to us undamaged and in perfect condition within 14 days of it being received.
Retain your receipt and delivery note and enclose them with the item you are returning. The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer and it should be sent using recorded or special delivery. We will not be held responsible for goods lost in the post when being returned where you have used a non tracked carrier.
Retain the tracking number and receipt until you have received a credit, refund, or replacement. Refunds will be made only to the credit or debit card used to purchase the item. Please be aware that postage and packaging is not refundable. You will not be asked to pay additional postage if you are requesting an exchange. Please allow 7 working days for refunds to appear in your account. We will always send you an email when a refund has been processed.
Please re-package the goods using the original packaging where possible. It is important to make sure the goods arrive back in perfect condition and clearly labelled. If the item returned is damaged due to insufficient packaging and parcelling, then we will have no choice but to return the item to you with no refund.

GENERAL

You will receive an email confirming details of your order. You must immediately check the details contained in the Confirmation of Order and we advise you to print and keep a copy of it. We reserve the right to accept or reject any offer. You are able to correct errors in your order up to the point at which you click [“submit”] on your order.
Your statutory rights shall remain unaffected by these Terms and Conditions, and except in accordance with these Terms and Conditions all purchases are non-exchangeable, non-refundable and non-transferable.
Every care has been taken by us in the preparation of the content of our website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are accurate at the time of posting the product on the website and that all products are fairly described.  However, your order may not be accepted if there are material errors in the description of the goods you have ordered or their prices. All prices and offers are subject to change.
We strive to ensure that our website photographs accurately represent the true colours of our products. Please however allow for slight variations which can easily be caused by different settings on your computer. All of our bags are constructed using genuine leathers and as leather is a natural product it is normal to see occasional variations in texture or graining.

When ordering goods you will need to provide certain data such as your contact details and demographic information. We will store this data and use it to contact you, provide you with details of our products and otherwise for the normal use and improvement of our site.

To enable us to monitor and improve our site, it gathers certain aggregated information about you when you use it, including details of your operating system, browser version, domain name and IP address, the URL you come from and got to and the parts of the site you visit.
